Spring Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 lb ground pork or beef
• 1/2 c green onions
• 1 c carrots, chopped
• 1 c onions, chopped
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
• 35-50 spring roll wrapped (quantity depends on size of wrapper used)
• 3 - 6 c cooking oil
