• 2 Large Onions Diced
• 2 Celery Stalks Diced
• 1 Carrit Diced
• 1 Potato cut to chunks
• 4 TBLspoons Tamari
• 1/2 TEAspoon Garlic Powder
• 1/2 TEAspoon Basil
• !/2 TEAspoon Paprika
• 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
• 1/4 TEAspoon Cumin Powder
• 1/4 TEAspoon Oregano
• 10 Cupa Water ot stock
• 3 Tomatoes Cut into chunks
• 1 1/2 CUps Lentils
