• 1 tablespoon – baking soda
• 1 1/2 teaspoons – baking powder
• 1 teaspoon – salt
• 1 1/2 cups – buttermilk
• 3/4 cup – vegetable oil
• 1 1/2 cups – hot water
• 3 large – eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 1/2 teaspoons – vanilla extract
• TOPPING:
• 2 cups – mini marshmallows
• 1 1/2 cups – milk chocolate morsels
• 1 cup – chopped almonds
