MINI PIZZAS WITH POTATO DOUGH

Ingredients

• 2 kilograms of potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 300 ml. water
• 1/4 cup pure tomato puree (find one without additives)
• 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• 1/4 tsp dried thyme
• 1/2 tsp raw honey
• 3 to 4 yellow and red cherry tomatoes
• 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
• 2 to 3 mushrooms, thinly sliced
• 3 to 4 slices of zucchini
• Some fresh arugula
• A little fresh basil
