Ingredients

• 3 C corn kernels
• 1.5 T smoked paprika
• Salt to taste
• 1 T ground cumin
• 2 T sunflower oil or butter
• 1 C diced bell pepper
• 3/4 C diced red onion
• ½ C thinly sliced green onion
• 1 C cubed Crave Brother’s Oaxaca
• 1 C sour cream
• 2 T your favorite hot sauce
• 1 C packed, minced cilantro
• 2 T lime juice
• 1 C shredded Crave Brother’s Farmer’s Rope
• 2 T minced garlic
• 3 slices Crave Brother’s Fresh Mozzarella
