- 1 onion chopped

- 1/4 cup ghee or half stick of butter
- green chili or red to taste
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/4 tsp zeera ground and 1 tbs. chopped cilantro (hara dhania) for garnish
