Summertime Herb BBQ burger - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground sirloin beef
• 1 cup BBQ sauce
• 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
• 2 tb finely chopped parsley
• 2 tb finely chopped greek oregano
• 2 cloves finely chopped garlic
• 1 t sea salt
• 1 t coarse black pepper
• 4 Chibatta bread buns
• 2 Tb olive oil
• 4 slices of swiss lace cheese
• 8 slices of Roma tomatoes
• 1 cup of baby spinach
• 4 Tb mayonaise
• 2 tb of finely chopped chives
