Ingredients
- ½ head Asian cabbage, sliced thin and cross-ways (I used Napa cabbage)
- 3-4 carrots, cut into matchsticks
- 10-12 scallions, sliced (save green bottoms for garnish)
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon dry ginger (fresh minced works as well)
- ½ cup soy sauce (for gluten free, use tamari)
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 2-3 tablespoons brown sugar (I used turbinado)
- 1-pound shrimp, remove tails, devein and refrigerate
- 1 (12 ounce) package of linguine noodles (I used gluten free)
- Grapeseed and sesame oils
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
