• 2 tsp. of baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. of salt
• 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, cold & cubed
• 1 cup of blueberries, fresh
• zest of 1 lemon
• 3/4 cup of heavy cream
• 1 large egg
