Jac's Favorite - Swedish Lemon Sour Cream Cardamom Squares – Recipe Wise

Ingredients

• 1 2/3 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon cardamom , fresh ground ( add more if you like )
• 3/4 cup butter , softened
• 1 1/4 cups sugar , white
• 3 eggs , large
• 2/3 cup sour cream
• 1/8 cup lemon juice , fresh squeezed
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon rind
• 1/8 cup icing sugar , garnish
