Ingredients

• 2 400g cans of chopped tomatoes
• 1 litre of boiling water
• 2 vegetable stock cubes
• 1 onion
• 1 clove of garlic
• 3 Tbsp tomato puree
• 1 tsp dried basil
• Pinch of salt and pepper
• Tiny pinch of sugar if required
