Beef Barley Soup - Cindy Cooks!

Ingredients

• 1 quart beef broth
• 1/2 quart beef stock
• 1 quart water
• 3 beef bouillon (cubes)
• 1-2 bay leaves
• 1 lb beef stew meat
• 1 medium onion (chopped)
• 1-1/2 cups carrots (chopped)
• 1-1/2 cups celery (chopped )
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 cup tomatoes (diced)
• 1 cup medium pearl barley
• 1/2 teaspoon dries thyme or 1 tsp fresh thyme
• 1 teaspoon fresh parsley (chopped)
