• 1 lb Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
• 3 Cloves of garlic, chopped
• ¼ cup White wine, dry
• 14 oz Can of petite diced tomatoes, drained
• ½ cup Half and half
• ½ tsp Dried oregano
• 1 dash Salt
• 1 dash Pepper
• 1 tsp Lemon juice
• ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
• 8 oz Angel hair pasta, whole wheat, gluten-free or high fiber
