• 1/2 cup Meadow Gold Eggnog + 4 tbsp for the icing
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 4 tsp vanilla, divided
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 cup maple syrup
• 2 cups powdered sugar
