Ingredients
- 125g butter
- ½ cup icing sugar
- ½ cup oil
- ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 cups flour
- Red food colouring
- 1️⃣ Beat butter + icing sugar.
- 2️⃣ Add oil & vanilla, mix well.
- 3️⃣ Add cornflour + flour → form dough.
- 4️⃣ Divide dough → color ¼ red for “viennas,” keep the rest plain for “rolls.”
- 5️⃣ Shape rolls, slit down the center, place red logs on top.
- 6️⃣ Bake @ 180°C until done.
