• 280 g frozen spinach
• 1/2 tsps salt
• 1/2 tsps black ground pepper
• 1/4 tsps dried thyme
• 3 Tbs feta cheese
• 1/4 cup cream cheese
• 4 boneless pork chops
• 235 ml chicken broth from
• 1/2 lemon zest
• 2 Tbs lemon juice
• 2 tsps dijon mustard
