Ingredients

• 4 apples, peeled and thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup Müller-Thurgau or other aromatic white, like Riesling or Gewurztraminer
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• Crisp Topping
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt (or other fine salt)
• 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
• 2 sticks of butter
