- 60ml vegetable oil
- 4-5 ripe peaches
- 100ml prosecco
- 40g sugar
- 550-600ml double cream
- 150g sour cream
- 100g icing sugar
- 20-30g vanilla bean paste (or vanilla essence – adjust quantity to taste)
- Excess cream for piping decorations
- Nectarine slices/wedges
