Home made Lasagne

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
• 1 carrot, chopped
• 2 stalks celery, chopped
• 1 bay leaves
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 500 g lean minced beef
• 2 tbsp tomato purée
• 125 ml red wine
• 400 g can chopped tomatoes
• 1 beef stock cube
• 1 tsp sea salt flakes
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 75 g unsalted butter
• 75 g plain flour
• 1000 ml full-fat milk
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 300 g dried lasagne sheets
• 150 g parmesan cheese, to serve
• 1 tbsp olive oil, for drizzling
