Cheesecake Strawberry Cookies - Chef Mia Recipes

Ingredients

• 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter, unsalted and softened up
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 egg, large
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla
• 1 3/4 cups regular all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• A small pinch (1/4 teaspoon) of salt
• 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed into bits
• 4 ounces plain cream cheese, softened up
• 2 tablespoons of white sugar
• 1/4 cup strawberry jam or puree (you choose!)
