Ingredients

• 1 pound ground lamb or beef
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 2 medium carrots, diced
• 1 cup frozen peas
• 2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 1 cup beef or vegetable broth
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 4 cups mashed potatoes (prepared with butter and cream cheese)
• Olive oil for cooking
