- -½ tablespoon garlic (crushed)

- -1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- -3 teaspoon dhana powder
- -1 tablespoon arad (Turmeric)
- -3 ½ teaspoon salt
- -½ cup sesame seeds
- -¼ cup Ajmo (Tymol seed) (optional)
- -3 tblspns whole jeeru (cumin) (optional)
