Ingredients

• 3-4 slices Premium Australian Ham off the Bone (Fresh from Woolworths Deli counter)
• 1 large round pre-cooked pizza base
• ½ Green capsicum, thinly sliced
• ½ Red capsicum, thinly sliced
• ½ Yellow capsicum, thinly sliced
• ½ small onion, thinly sliced
• 1 Garlic clove, minced
• 1 tsp Italian herbs
• 60 g packet spinach leaves
• ¼ cup Green olives, sliced
• ¼ cup Sundried tomatoes, sliced
• ½ cup Tomato sauce or passata
• ½ cup Parmesan, grated
• Handful Mozzarella cheese, grated
• Salt and Pepper, to taste
