Tikka Chicken recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 2 Chickens washes and drained - cut in ¼s or pieces
• 2 lemons 🍋 juice
• 1 cup sour milk or thick yoghurt
• ½ cup oil
• 1 packet tomato 🍅 paste
• Chopped dhania (coriander) and mint
• 1 Processed onion
• 1½ teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• 2 tablespoon chilli 🌶 powder
• 2 tablespoon sumac powder
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
• 1 teaspoon kasoori Methi (Fenugreek)
• 1 tablespoon Calcutta Portuguese spice
• Red coloring ♥️
• 1 tablespoon Tandoori powder
• 1 tablespoon chaat masala
• 1 tablespoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic red masala
• 6 cloves minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon black ⚫️ pepper
• 1 tablespoon oregano & thyme
