Chicken Tikka recipe by Salmah Dendar

Ingredients

• 2 chickens..
• 2 tablespoon red ginger masala
• 1 Heaped tablespoon tikka masala
• 1 tablespoon fine red chillies
• 2 tablespoon oil
• 2/3 cup plain yoghurt
• Salt to taste
• 1 teaspoon crushed jeeru (cumin)
• 1 & ½ teaspoon fine dhania (coriander)
• A pinch of garum masala
• A few drops egg yellow coloring
• A few drops red food coloring
• Garlic Butter Naan by Monowara Mohamed Bhamjee
• 5 cups cake flour
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 packet instant dry yeast
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 & ½ tablespoon sugar
• 6 tablespoon Cremora(milk powder)
• 2 & ½ tablespoon butter(melted)
• 2 & ¼ cups lukewarm water
• Add the yeast and sugar and mix well.
• Add the melted butter & Oil to the water and mix it to the flour and knead to a nice soft dough..
