Ingredients

• 250g soft unsalted butter
• 250g caster sugar
• 150g light brown sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 eggs
• 425g plain flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 200g chopped dark chocolate - I used a really dark 90% for this!
• Vanilla ice cream
