• 1 c. butter, melted
• 2 c. brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 fresh orange (2 tbsp. juice and 1 1/2 tbsp. grated rind)
• 2 c. of plain flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 3/4 tsp. salt
• 1 c. raisins
• 1/2 c. chopped pecans
• 2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
