Recipe: Tray Bake Curried Beef Sausages | Hellers

Ingredients

• 2 packs Hellers Curried Beef Sausages
• 30g butter
• 2 medium white onions roughly sliced
• 1 tbsp plain curry powder
• 1 tbsp plain flour
• 1 L beef stock heated
• 1 large kumara cut in half lengthways and sliced 1/2 cm thick
• 1/2 cup sultanas
• 3/4 cup frozen peas
• Parsley or coriander roughly chopped to garnish
• Crusty bread and riata yoghurt sauce to serve
