Tubettini con zucchine e nepitella di Anna Maria | La Vialla

Ingredients

• 500 g Tubettini (or another short pasta shape)
• 6-7 average size zucchini (approx. 700 g)
• 2 cloves of garlic, peeled
• 1 stalk of celery
• 1 carrot
• 1 average size onion
• 5-6 leaves of “nepitella” (Calamintha nepeta) or mint (plus 2-3 leaves for garnishing)
• 6 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 3-4 tbsp aged pecorino cheese
• salt and pepper
