Ingredients

• 2 cups (500 ml) unbleached all-purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
• 3/4 cup (180 ml) cold unsalted butter, cubed
• 6 tablespoons (90 ml) cold water, approximately
• Milk, for brushing
• 2 cups (500 ml) chicken broth
• 1 skinless and boneless chicken breast (225 g)
• 1 potato, peeled and diced
• 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 3 tablespoons (45 ml) butter
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) flour
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) frozen peas, thawed
