Ingredients

• 200gm butternut or Biscoff biscuits
• 70gm salted butter
• 3 large red delicious apples finely diced
• 30gm unsalted butter
• 30gm sugar
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp allspice - fine grind in FinaPod MAX
• 1 tsp ground nutmeg - grind in FinaPod GT
• 4 large Granny Smith apples de-cored and finely sliced
• 3 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon - grind in FinaPod GT
• 1 tsp ground allspice - fine grind in FinaPod MAX
• 40 gm chopped unsalted butter
