Asian Green Bean Salad

Ingredients

• 1 bag french green beans , trim off tough ends
• 2 C ice
• 2 garlic cloves , finely diced
• 1 inch ginger , fresh, finely diced
• 2 Tb rice vinegar
• 1 Tb sesame oil
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 pinch red pepper flakes
• 4 green onions , tops and tails removed, diagonally finely sliced
• 3 Tb fresh cilantro , finely chopped
• 1 handful French Fried Onions or crispy shallots
