Earl Grey Tea Cake with Honey Glaze – Rogers Foods

Ingredients

• For the Cake:
• 1 cup (240 ml) milk
• 4 Earl Grey tea bags (or 2 tbsp loose-leaf tea)
• 1 ½ cups (190 g) ROGERS FOODS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ¼ tsp salt
• ½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, softened
• ¾ cup (150 g) granulated sugar
• - 2 large eggs
• - 1 tsp vanilla extract
• For the Honey Glaze:
• 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
• 2–3 tbsp honey
• 1–2 tbsp warm milk or tea (for thinning)
