• 2 cups long grain rice
• ⅛ cup vegetable oil
• 8 oz tomato sauce
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 4 cups chicken broth OR 4 cups water with 1 cube chicken flavored bouillon
• 1 packet Riega® Fresca Grill Seasoning
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 1 red onion, chopped
• 1 (14 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
• Green onion and cilantro, chopped for garnish (optional)
