• ½ large sweet onion chopped
• 2 (10.5 ounce) cans beef broth
• 1 (10 ounce) package egg noodles
• 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
• 2 ½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
