Ingredients

• 400g Quality Mark sirloin steaks
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 4 wholemeal wraps
• 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• juice of 1/2 lemons
• 1/2 tsp dried thyme
• a pinch sea salt
• 2 tomatoes, sliced
• 1/4 red onions, finely sliced
• 4 handfuls salad greens
