- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 wholemeal wraps
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- juice of 1/2 lemons
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- a pinch sea salt
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/4 red onions, finely sliced
- 4 handfuls salad greens
