Ingredients: 4-5 chicken fillets; 2 teaspoons @inapaarmanskitchen cajun spice; 1 teaspoon lemon pepper; 1 teaspoon @inapaarmanskitchen chilli & garlic seasoning; 1 teaspoon mixed herbs; ½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice); Sprinkle seasoning and rub over fillet; Add chicken to pan and cook till done. Cook on medium - low heat till lightly charred.; pasta water and 2 tablespoons corn flour, keep whisking, add 1 cup fresh cream and 1 cup milk. Season with salt and cajun spice. Add cheese and pasta. Mix.
