- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1/3 cup Kahlua
- 1/4 cup cream, softly whipped
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 1/2 cups strawberries, quartered
- 1 cup raspberry puree or 1 cup fruit puree
- 1 teaspoon gelatin
