Ingredients

• 8 graham crackers (or 1 cup ground graham crackers)
• 5 tablespoons margarine, melted (use soy-free, if needed)
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 and 1/2 ounces (100 grams) chocolate (I suggest one with 72% cocoa)
• 2 teaspoons coffee granules, dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water
• 3 tablespoons oil
• 3 tablespoons dutch cocoa powder
• pinch salt
• 1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
