- 3 C. Green Apples, peeled, and thinly sliced
- ¾ C. Cane Sugar, divided
- ½ C. Golden Raisins
- 1 Loaf Canyon Bakehouse Mountain White Bread, Cubed
- 2 C. Whole Milk
- 3 Eggs, whisked
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp. Cinnamon or Apple Pie Spice Blend
