• 3 cups Butterball turkey, leftover and chopped
• 4 slices Dempster's 12 Grain Bread, toasted
• 8 brie slices
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 shallot, finely diced
• 1 clove garlic, finely minced
• 1 Tbsp thyme, freshly picked and chopped
• 1 cup red wine
• 2 cups gravy
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
• 1 leek, washed and diced
• 2 cups peas
• 1 lemon, zested and juiced
