• 1 lb Butterball Easy Fresh boneless skinless turkey breast, cooked and sliced
• 2 Tbsp. butter
• 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
• 2 cups slices button mushrooms
• 1 cup diced onion
• 1 cup 2% milk
• ¼ tsp. each salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
• 1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
• 4 slices of bread, toasted
