- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon piri piri hot sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)
- 1 skinny baguette (about 9 inches long - see notes for recipe)
- 6 to 8 ounces of uncooked linguica sausage (see notes)
- 1 to 2 slices of gouda cheese (or provolone)
