• 1 kg beef brisket (or beef shank beef tendon...)
• 2 carrots
• 1 fresh coconut for water
• 1 onion
• 1 packet of beef stew seasoning
• 30 ml mai que lo wine optional
• garlic ginger, lemongrass
• Spices: Soy sauce salt, rock sugar, seasoning powder, chili sauce, tomato sauce, star anise, cinnamon
• Herbs: coriander basil, cilantro
• Annatto oil
• Cornstarch or tapioca starch for thickening optional
