• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• ¼ tsp ground ginger
• ¼ tsp ground cardamom
• ¼ tsp ground coriander seeds
• ¼ tsp ground cloves
• ¼ tsp freshly grated nutmeg
• ½ tsp bicarbonate of soda
• about 80g flaked almonds
• about 2 tbsp milk
• round 5cm biscuit cutter
