• 3 fillets cut in to big pieces
• 2 heaped teaspoon crushed garlic
• 2 heaped teaspoon red ginger garlic masala
• 2 tablespoon spoon Orange pepper spice
• Lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon dana jeeru (cumin)
• 2 tablespoon spn oil
• Salt to taste
• 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
• Red and green bell pepper cut in to strips
• 3 tablespoon spn Tomato ketchup
• 2 tablespoon spn butter
