• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
• 1 (1-pound) loaf French bread, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
• 2 cups (8 ounces) finely chopped ham
• 6 large Land O Lakes® Eggs beaten
• 1 2/3 cups milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice *
• Maple syrup, if desired
