Steak Gravy recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• Add 3 tablespoon Rama or Butter
• Add
• 1 Onion Chopped
• Add +-1 Kg Tenderised Rump Steak cut in strips
• Add 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic Masala
• 1 teaspoon Magic Masala
• 3 tablespoon Yoghurt or Maas
• +-1 Full teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon Paprika
• Add 2 tablespoon Tomato Puree
• 2 Grated Tomatoes
• Little chopped Robot peppers
• Add handfull of Mushrooms
• Add 4 tablespoon Tomato Sauce
• 1 teaspoon worcester sauce
• Little Bbq Sauce
• Add bbq sauce and little Mayonnaise and adjust Salt
