Ingredients

• Meatballs:
• 1 pound ground pork
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup shredded apple, moisture squeezed out
• 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 teaspoons minced ginger or ginger paste
• 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• Glaze:
• 1/2 cup Martinelli's Apple Juice
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
• 1 teaspoon cornstarch
• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• Chopped green onion, for garnish
